We charge an affordable $75 per labor hour with a one hour minimum.

Do You Give Estimates?

Yes, we are happy to provide an estimate of labor hours and materials. It is important to recognize that while we will do our very best to provide an accurate estimate, we are estimating the amount of labor hours based upon only what we can visually observe. Sometimes, after a project begins, new repairs are discovered based upon the age and condition of the home. We will always communicate the need for additional repairs to the homeowner and secure homeowner approval before adding additional labor hours to the project.

What Type of Payments Do You Accept?

We accept cash, personal check, credit card, bank ACH, and Venmo payments.

Credit card payments will be charged an additional 3% service fee.

When is Payment Due?

Payment is due upon completion of the repairs.
